Oxley Recants

Sarbanes-Oxley is the most draconian set of financial regulations ever unleashed on the private sector. The restrictions are so onerous that it has actually resulted in a drastic decrease in the number of stocks listed on the U.S. stock exchanges. Oxley, co-sponsor or the abominable Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) bill, admits the Sarbanes-Oxley provisions are counter-productive.
