Universities Bitch Slap the RIAA

The University of Wisconsin has refused to release the identities of users accused of downloading music illegally on the university computer system without a subpoena. The University of Nebraska claimed that they couldn't identify the users even if htey wanted. Then, the had the balls to turn around and bill the RIAA for the time they wasted on the effort.
