After-market Cigarette Lighter

So, the stupid Africa Twin doesn't come with a cigarette lighter, a USB port, or anything. But I'm going to need some juice to run my GPS, my cell phone, my GoPro's, etc. So, I'm going to try to retro-fit/jury-rig a cigarette lighter onto the stupid thing.
