Remove Ramadan from iPhone
Apple put a bunch of fake holidays into your iphone. If you want to get rid of Ramadan, it's really easy to do it.
Go to your Calendar app, and click on Calendars at the bottom.
Next to US Holidays, tap the colored circle with the checkmark, and turn it off. That removes the default US Holidays calendar.
Now, you probably want a US holiday calendar without the extra junk? That's the next step. Go to this URL:
https://www.calendarlabs.com/ical-calendar/holidays/us-holidays-76/
Click the Subscribe link, and it should import the calendar into your phone, and keep it updated each year.
If you want to see what holidays are included, view the PDF at that link, first.
