iPhone Won't Charge
As if I needed something else to go wrong, my iPhone won't charge now. I'm not clear which model of iPhone I have. I think it's a 6S, but let's check and see.

If you want to find out which iPhone you have, you can simply go to Settings > General > About.
The About page gives you general info about your iPhone. It details the version of iOS you're running, the storage capacity, and the model number. Also, if your iPhone is running iOS 12.2 or later, you can see your iPhone's model name. This means that if you have an iPhone 5S or later, you should be able to see the model name.
Software Version: 13.6
Model Name: iPhone 6S Plus
Model Number: MKVF2LL/A
My iPhone Won't Charge! The Real Fix From A Former Apple Tech.
Hard Reset on iPhone 6S and older: Hold down Power button and the Home button together until for about 20-30 seconds. OK. That didn't do anything, obviously.
I think that now, I need to back up my iPhone 6S Plus to my MacBook Air.
