4 Runner Aux Fuse

Trying to figure out why the aux fuse isn't working on Jen's 4 Runner. Plugged in the cigarette lighter/USB adapter from the Jeep Wrangler TJ (which has USB ports so I can charge my iphone). But when we plugged the cigarette lighter/USB adapter from the Jeep Wrangler TJ into Jen's 4 Runner, the cigarette lighter adapter didn't light up. So, it appears as though there's no power to the cigarette lighter.

This looks like a good map of the fuse box.
